At some point the power is not getting from point a to point b.

The tail lights back up lights and signal lights all work but not the brake lights.
When the switch is activated the lite green wire carries voltage to brake lites.
Jack if your sure all the fuse are okay then jumping the break light switch should at least allow the third break light to work.

Driving without the brake lights working is just as unsafe as if your expedition s brake lights were stuck on.
We just have to find where that is.
If none of the brake lights are working we are going to follow the circuit from the fuse box back to the brake pedal.
The lite green wire with red tracer is voltage to the switch hot all the time.
This seems to be related to the pedal.
If bulbs bulb sockets fuses and brake light switch all appear to be good the fault is probably the turn signal switch.
See the diagram here the power to it comes out of the switch on the light green wire to the high mount lights and in on the lite green red.
Fuses have been checked and brake switch replaced still no brake lights please h.
